I can't figure why anyone would buy TVSI with 200 million out and authorized 500mill. I was surprised to see TMex get behind this one... TEXN trading quite nicely. ALEX, WDCO high bid at .365 and ALEX SHRP offer @.39. There have been some nice buying at the offer over the last hour with minimal selling... DIXS currently .78 - .906 WDCO high bid, HRZG offer....
