"Privately" because the charity is entirely secular and I never heard any of its team so much as mention religion while working in the villages.

The NGO's have become "just another Gov aide program." That's because of the nature now of the animal. And this article goes back to what I know will work. Internal change. The problem they have is the educated ones either leave or become part of the ruling class. Then continue the misery.
