TNRG to Introduce FDA Approved Electrocardiogram Monitor To Thoroughbred Racing Industry

NEW YORK, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Tianrong Building

Material Holdings, Ltd, (OTC Bulletin Board: TNRG - news) announced today that it plans to introduce the FDA approved electrocardiogram monitor known as ``The Tracker', to the American Thoroughbred Horse Racing Industry. TNRG is currently in negotiations with regard to a licensing agreement for the marketing of ``The Tracker' to the horse racing industry.

TNRG has already conducted three separate tests with ``The Tracker' on Thoroughbred race horses. These initial tests appeared to be successful in determining not only the physical condition of the horses, but also gave a good indication on how the horses will perform under race conditions in the near future. Thoroughbred racing in the United States is a multi billion dollar industry and the company hopes to make a major contribution in the health and fitness of race horses.

TNRG also announced that it has made significant progress with the development of its Health and Medical E-Commerce website, which along with ``The Tracker' are the major components of TNRG's Tianrong Medical Group, Inc.

All TNRG shareholders as of the record date of March 31, 2000 will receive one (1) right to purchase one (1) share of the common stock of Tianrong Medical Group, Inc., for every four (4) shares of TNRG that they own for $0.05. Affiliates and controlling shareholders, which include management, shall not be eligible to participate in the Rights Offering.

James Tilton, President of TNRG, stated, ``I am extremely pleased to announce that while many of the nations leading Medical Groups focus their time, money and man power on the treatment of human illness, we at TNRG put great emphasis on the treatment and well being of all of our friends in the animal kingdom'.

Tianrong is a business development company that intends to engage in the acquisition of businesses across several sectors and, through the application of its management expertise, to enhance shareholder value.
