When you see a quote such as .15, .0023, .43, etc. This means that the stock is trading in cents and not fractions. The BEST way to get these orders filled is to call the 800 number to get your order filled. Your call is recorded and there is no mistake about tenths or hundredths of a cent. Use online for stocks over a dollar (IMO). 1/8 = 12.5› 1/16 = .0625 1/32 = .03125, etc. MOST online brokers (When placed online won't accept an order less than increments of 1/16, some go as low as 1/32).
