Nice essay Scott. I hope junior ends up with 50 lawyers. It will be good for the economy. If anyone is found guilty of anything to do with the Plame affair I hope Kerry doesn't pardon them. When Clinton pardoned Rich I thought it was the worst act of his presidency and it knocked 20 points off his popularity rating from me. Same with Bush Sr and his pardon of Poindexter and all of those other crooks. If Kerry pardons anyone I will feel the same about him. This is no doubt an impeachable offence and if an impeachment is the result I hope somehow something which was precedent setting in the Clinton witch hunt is somehow responsible in the end for junior's fall.
