NEOT: Opened on an up-gap this morning with good up-volume of 70,700 as it reached the 5 level in the first 5 minutes as well as the 61,400 when it reached today's H of 5.12 at 10.20AM. It has not closed the up-gap and will see if it can close above 4 3/8.The volume certainly has increased since it started to move up on Jan.31 At 4.81 with a B/A of 5/1 on volume of 586,900 it is up another 15.79% today. Excuse me again for my "bullish" comments about it. I am still concerned about the general market near term outlook. Bernard
