Determing voter intent.....As a stand-alone phrase, we should know better. Take out ALL votes where the directions weren't followed. Period. How hard is it to follow directions? What a terrible farce....it's bad enough to have a 'candidate' like Al Franken, and it's worse to suspect voter fraud, but to have presumed voters who can't/don't/won't follow simple voting directions determine who wins that election (or any election for that matter) is terribly, terribly wrong.
