MOUNTAIN ENERGY CERTAINLY WANTS A PIECE OF THE FLOAT SAY 8 MILLION TO THEM AND 3 MILLION TO MM'S. NOW IF YOU HAVE 68M SHARES AND 58M SHARES YOU CONTROL THAT LEAVES 10M SHARES.
