I made the point about Tora Bora in reponse to the partisan bickering where the Bush folks blame Clinton for letting Osama off the hook when "reportedly" Clinton could have nabbed him. Likewise, I responded that Bush did the same with respect to Tora Bora where the US troops nabbed Osama's body guard/driver but let Osama slip for whatever reason. So there is plenty of blame to go around for as long as Osama is not brought to justice. It is not a Bush or a Clinton issue; it is an American issue. We are being laughed at by the world for our bickerings resulting from the elusive Osama situation.
