Company Press Release
Talk Visual to Sell Two Hundred Video-Phones to SkyNet Worldwide Express and to Launch Central and South American Expansion
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2000--(OTC-BB:TVCP - news). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION President and CEO Eugene Rosov announced today that under a signed Letter of Agreement the company will sell its first two hundred NEW video-phones to Skyworld International Courier, Inc., dba/SkyNet Worldwide Express, a subsidiary of Universal Express, Inc. (OTC-BB:USXP - news). SkyNet is an international package express company with over 250 individually owned locations in major cities worldwide. SkyNet plans to offer business and consumer customers videocalling services on the Talk Visual global network.

The videophone is an innovative desktop device which uses 128K ISDN circuits to connect videocalls all over the world. Custom-manufactured for Talk Visual Corporation, it functions as a high-quality desktop telephone which requires only a minor circuit upgrade from the Local Exchange Carrier to enable full digital (ISDN) transmission. The 5`` diagonal videophone image can be simultaneously shown on any large-screen television for multiple participant business and family conferences.

Company Chairman Michael J. Zwebner commented that ``our Talk Visual videophone is an extraordinary product. The picture quality is remarkable. It's better than most major videocall units in the world - for less than half the normal retail for such devices. In fact, we believe that it outperforms equipment costing three to five times as much.'

``We're very pleased about SkyNet's decision to work with us on the deployment of international video-telephony,' said company President and Chief Executive Officer Eugene Rosov. ``SkyNet is a leader and successful innovator in the small package delivery business. Their management clearly understands the relationship between global shipment of customer packages and the desire of these customers to reach out, with videocalls, to business associates, friends and family abroad. We are pleased that they've chosen to purchase this most cost-effective videocalling equipment.'

SkyNet's President, Albert Hernandez, speaking from his office in Miami Florida, commented on the videophone purchase. ``We believe that there can be a significant video-phone business between Latin American and the U.S. - and perhaps between many of our global locations outside of the Americas. The program integrates well with other USXP locations - their 7,400 Postal Business Center venues - which will soon have the opportunity to join Talk Visual's growing network. Our successful package delivery services indicate that there are many thousands of U.S.-based businesses and individuals who have vital business and personal connections in Central and South America. The purchase of these first two hundred videophones from Talk Visual will allow us to link our business and consumer customers in a high-quality visual fashion. We're pleased to be able to use our physical locations to generate additional revenue from the same customer group.'

Talk Visual's Chairman Michael Zwebner, recently returned from the United Kingdom, commented that ``our Miami videocall location on SW 8th Street - in 'Little Havana`` - is going to be hopping with videocalls to Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica and many other South and Central American locations. We're pleased that SkyNet has the vision and international contacts to help us expand our global presence - and to do so with this extraordinary videophone. We think that the video-phone is going to revolutionize the expansion of videocalling.'

SkyNet plans to rollout the videophone program to all of its locations if the initial Latin American program is successful. Talk Visual and SkyNet are planning a focused advertising and promotion campaign to encourage videocalls between the newly available Latin American locations and other videocall venues throughout the world. As the two hundred new locations come on-line, they will be listed on the Talk Visual website.
