John, I just spoke to Sharen Head at Innovo, and ask when the next quarterly report would be out. She indicated the end of this week or beginning of next. The Company's sales are up, but don't know about the earnings. The last 2 quarters of the year are usually when most of their business is done. My understanding is the S3 was the registering of shares from the acquistions and the purchase of a building from Thimble Square. There is a restriction on how many shares can be sold on a weekly basis. They have hired a new COO, which should definately help. Looking for a lot of positive things to start to happen with the company.
