Very interesting first post back by Patchie, particularly on point here with respect to the issue of how accurate are the "naked short" related statistics??

Hey..Welcome me back one and all. SI Dave has informed me that I hurt all your feelings and thus I was put on a 2-week hiatus. He initially banned me from this board which I find amazingly like a silence on free speech but then again, you guys only have an issue with free speech. You only show concern when it is your opinions being shut down. That all being said:

1. Pete, your comments about the Elgindy trial was beyond laughable. Elgindy was not convicted as a terrorist, he was convicted for securities fraud and extortion. He was initially highlighted based on red flags that came up in terrorist trackings regarding financing and they uncovered his securities fraud. NONE of that is deniable. I notice that you spoke on his behalf at trial as you excuse such fraud as being accepted practice. A clue for you, trading on illegally obtained information is --- illegal.

2. Floyd, been right here watching. Noticed that while I was suspended for 2 weeks you only had your stripes pulled for one. You must have a few inside connections.

3. Short interest reporting. I find it interesting that the OTCBB admits how flawed short interest reporting is. The numbers are based on the accuracy of information provided by member firms - the same firms found in violation of short sale markings every month, and the off-shore shorts (mainly Canada) do not have their short sales counted. So the haven used by Elgindy and other criminal enterprises to short is not factored into the numbers.

4. Carol Remond. Again Ms. Remond writes a bogus story in her attempts to manipulate. In her story on Nanopierce she claimed Jag media had a case against the DTCC. "Perhaps because several similar claims mushroomed out of those brought by Nanopierce and Jag Media Holdings (JAGH) before it, the SEC last year took the unusual step of filing an amicus brief in support of DTCC, arguing that the company's "lawsuit threatens to disrupt or to impose substantial and unwarranted costs" on the clearing system." Apparently Carol will not let a little thing called the truth stand in her way as Jag media has NEVER filed a case against the DTCC. This would simply be yet another false and misleading report out of the hack from Canada. A couple years ago she wrote how Jag media was filing for bankruptcy. I notice that never happened either.
