OT - TTW Good advice! A local shop did install the HD and said that the Dell tech should have instructed me about the install. However, when I called, they said I needed the start up floppy or a Resource CD, neither of which I can locate. Guess I better get back on the phone to Dell (AGAIN!) But I'll try their site first. Thanks for the help. Really appreciate it!!
