One downgrade & one upgrade on the same day with the same info ! At least one of them will get the luxury of saying "I was right"! ( I hate these guys & their opinions ) I think the time has come that analyst should have to attach a detailed worksheet with the facts and figures of how they arrived at the earnings projection and WHY they change their rating.
