Mexico will be an interesting case. When I worked in Holland I found that, ironically, the Dutch kids had little interest in marijuana after it had been legalized. Seemed like only stoner tourists were interested. We'll see what happens in Mexico.

Also, on the above fact, I see guys like Bill O'Reilly are really dishonest on this issue, demonizing Holland for increasing drug use, when in fact it's just the opposite. decriminalizing marijuana turned out to be a fine idea in Holland.
