It is an empty shell in Delaware which is presently in violation of Delaware Law by not having paid its franchise taxes. what franchise taxes would it have to pay if they are not technically a part of PanAm.. which is the empty shell we all own?.... the way this thing was supposed to have worked was that PanAm would merge INTO PRWT.. and then we'd be a Delaware company... and have to abide by Delaware laws.. but john is dragging his feet on this... and why.... this has been going on for half a year.. and now we have the excuse that they shouldn't bother doing this because john's planning on merging into a different company... AHHHHH.... do you realize what this could ultimately mean???..that the shareholders of PRWT would have NOTHING... because you see...it's PanAm that would merge into this new company.. and not PRWT... there is no talk about PRWT... the only way we'd be taken care of is if it was a three way merger... yea, right.. the lawyers cannot even complete this first one... I have been digging things up like this for the past month.. and the conclusions I have drawn would make the hair on the back of your neck stand on end... and then I have the shit that barb dishes out to threaten me with expulsion... these people are not rational... for everything that I have been diggin up...I have NOTHING positive to say about PanAM... and I'm not being irrational.. in fact, I've been working on this for about 2 months... more seriously the past month... and the things these people are saying over on the bull is wrong and misleading.... I spent the ENTIRE day yesterday answering emails and PM's .... the conclusion I've drawn is that they think I'm some frenzied woman who can't control herself, that I am emotionally driven and it's affecting my investing .. and their suggestion is for me to sell... not that they want to hear what I've found... they cannot comprehend that I'm not emotional about any of this... THEIR fears prevent them from being open minded and see really what we've been dealt I have some additional information I've dug up on the implications of some of what I out lined to you and will send it out in the email group later...
