R.BUSKEY, EMC Corp (EMC) 89 3/4 -4 1/4 (-4.5%): CS First Boston believes market may have overreacted this morning to filing by company's chairman to sell 2.1 mln shares. Firm says registered shares represent just 8%-10% of the chairman's holdings... CSFB reiterates BUY rating, saying that EMC on track to beat its Q3 sales and revenue numbers.
