Hi Ed,

When I click on Windows Update Catalog on the left side of the screen and do a search of updates for WinXP, I get a link saying there are 28 Recommended updates. When I click on this link to see what they are, I receive the following: There are no updates in your basket
To select updates for download, click Welcome to Windows Update Catalog or a category beneath it, and submit your search criteria.
Type or browse to the download location of your choice:
Browse...
Download Now
Total (including prerequisites): 0 = 0 KB
There are no updates in your basket.

Additionally, when I click on the Installation History, I get the following message:Download History
Review your Windows Update download history.
You have not downloaded any updates.

even though I have downloaded many many patches up until last month. I am not quite sure what is going on here. The Knowledge Database does not have anything I can see that looks like this, although there is no specific error message to go on, so my search in the KD will probably need to be more thorough.

Regards,

Brian
