Bill, look at the daily volumes. If their is only 500K or worse 300K
then we have traded that over 5 days : Anyway look at the volume it
took to get to $10.00 then look at how much to bring it down which
none of us understood. On March 25th they tanked this stock on 200
shares. Since then it has traded an overwhelming volume ... I
questioned the float and the filings but the filings are accurate so
the only thing I can figure is after the split someone shorted it
down. At $10.00 the capitalization suddenly got called and it tanked
on tiny volume. Then on 3-25-99 it fell to $4.00 without any volume
and has struggled to come up. We all have watched the trading and
the daily volume has been easily more buys than sells but it will not
move hardly and at the end of the day , till today, it has dropped on
nothing.

Priority question for the meeting will be to confirm this float
figure of 500K.
