Hi E_K_S, Me too. The local fire dept building (.than a quarter mile from my house) is auctioning for sale. It was merged with another Fire Dept.Could provide some storage and I'd get some projects out of my school building and better enable me working in my shop (which now is full of competed cars. Big enough to keep my cars in a separate room and rent out to others for winter storage of cars, trailers, boats, and RV's. If I could cover the taxes I'd be tickled pink. Buy it as a LLC. Pondering it at this stage Bob:
