Zeev,

Those who know and love me, will tell you that I am one of the most cynical people they know.... :0) It takes quite a bit to fully get me to accept 100% of everything they tell me. Bill and Bo would be able to attest to the level of questioning I inflict on them over little details what if scenarios. They sent me over 10 inches of lab results, legal documents, and technical stuff. I went over much of this data with a chemical engineer here in the N.Va area who works in just very arena of waste oil management. He tells me that he is convinced, but I hope that he can find the time to personally relay his comments here in the near future. Over all, everything apparently checks out.

However, I have to admit that having a man in his '70s tell me straight out that he has a 6 figure position in this stock and that he doesn't plan on selling any of it, was quite a statement of faith. He was an original investor in the company and actually witnessed the processor in operation, as well using some of the fuel for his home furnace. He mentioned to me that another investor used to come by and fill up his Mercedes with Diesel.

I also am aware that this company has the money it needs to reassemble and commence production by the middle of December. I also know that, just because the unit is currently mounted on a trailer, that future systems may become semi-permanent installations. Don't let the trailer configuration fool you. The heart of the process is the machinery inside of the container.

Finally, the market makers are playing there games. The announcement on the sale by L.W. Nickle was released on Friday. However, the actual sale of the shares is believed to have already transpired. Mr. Nickle died, and his widow opted to liquidate her portfolio. We shouldn't discussed personal investment decisions here, but I believed it was relevant enough to inquire and post the synopsis here. However, the announcement was probably the mechanism that was used to try to scare some of us out of our shares. I didn't sell any, did any of you??? <g> That is why the bid came back up late in the trading day. Someone was out there bargain hunting.

In sum, you have to take the pains to get to know the company and management. I have not been blinded by $$$ here. If I was a short-term player, I would have taken the tax loss on my first $3 position and moved on. I see the value, and potential for this company. If I'm a fool for saying I trust them, so be it. I trusted MUCP for a while, until I learned all of the dirty details. Now I don't. I can't speak for others, but I assume that others who have been involved in that company in the past feel the same way.
Those who followed my newsletter on MSU know how I handled that affair. I "WAS" fooled, and my hind quarters got sun-burned from all of the sunshine that was being piped to my "tuckus". I got out and feel much better for it.

I realize that I'm being looked at with scrutiny. However, although still a novice investor with only a 1 1/2 years under the belt I have learned quite a bit over the past year following all of the SEXI's, IMEA, COEV, BCHP(e)'s, IDID,... etc.

Reminds me of a saying I first from an old Drill Sergeant:

"I may have been born yesterday, but I stayed up all night studying.."

Regards,

Ron
