I was just looking at the desc. for an HP at UBID.
They show a keyboard port, mouse port, parallel, serial and then 6 USB and state that two of them are on the keyboard. Heh.. normaly the KB and mouse would use PS2 type plugs.. but that wouldn't allow a USB to work on the keyboard..
I'd bet tho.. that it's a USB keyboard and it's like a USB hub with two connectors.. use for a mouse, camera, scanner, printer..memory card reader.. anything.. just like the 1 or 2 on the front of lots of current model computers..
