i installed ad-aware and found 88 "suspicious" components

i then installed earh and destroy and found another 57

some were legitimate cookies like my bank account etc. but in general there was a LOT of crap in my registry, memory, etc that these spy-ware tools eliminated

this is what i meant by deleting the problem as opposed to pop-up-stopper which merely treats the symptons

i found these on the tech tv website

some great utilities here and i trust them
