Allen: Welcome back. We can see the activity on the thread is picking up with your presence. On management. I invested in this company (while you were away) based upon another SI posters recomendations and then doing my own research. A major part of this research was on this thread with your posts and the reference updates (a very good contribution as well as your insight). In MY review I feel the management is good (Allen I can' t say great "yet") from a development, operation and accounting standpoint (I always like management that is conservative in their accounting practices and who don't try to lead analysts to too high an expectation in sales growth and earnings). Just my 2 cents. Tim
