DBY for with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged; and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you.
YLT for in what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged, and in what measure ye measure, it shall be measured to you.
It's not saying don't judge, it is implying that if your going to judge then you better have your own act together first.
I would recommend you get a concordance and look up the word judge. Follow through each passage and it becomes clearer.
