Just a note from the past;
If I recall many years ago the little tiny state if R.I. had a major
scandal with various banks. You see some very influential people
decided that giving loans over cocktails was a simple business why
sit down and research the history of a company, or follow up on the
land. Just sign on the cocktail napkin and consider it done. "Not to
worry!", "I,m good for it" When the wistle blew and the doors were
shut on that dreadful Monday A.M. A lot of people and shareholders
got real scared when their assets were frozen.
Now if you were a resident of R.I. at that time <Jim M, V.C.Millner,
you can recall the feeling that all those people felt when their
funds were frozen. kept in the dark while THOSE INFORMED PROFITED.
When time came the money somehow disappeared, memory lapse consumed
those involved and many fingers were pointed.
This is just a reflection of the past, but.... everyone deserves to
be informed and any misleading comments that, are made for profit,
positive/negative, and not backed up, could pose a problem for us
less informed shareholders.
You be the judge. Yes I too have family and friends involved in this
stock so their is a vested interest. The short interest is still a
concern.
Cant wait for the next shareholder report.
