Possibly the SYKE's acquisition is helping SYSF: Sykes buys Scotland firm for stock TAMPA, Fla., Jan 5 (Reuters) - Sykes Enterprises Inc said Monday that it has acquired McQueen International Ltd for about 3.54 million shares of Sykes common stock. Sykes common traded at 20-1/2, up 1-1/4. The transaction, which is estimated to be accretive to earnings per share in 1998, will result in the recording of one-time merger and related charges in the fourth quarter of the 1997 year, it said McQueen is headquartered in Galashiels, Scotland, and provides call center support and software services to the information technology and communications industries.
