If it is CHU, would it make sense for the Chinese to take out Hyundai Syscomm??? LOL's

Beats me. I don't get that part of the 3-D chess game. Ater acquiring Syscomm, Jinpeng might then sell it to a carrier or some other Chinese entity who might use Syscomm's patents to try to cross-license with Q at an advantage. This is pure speculation since I don't know how valuable Syscomm's patents might be, though the price mentioned suggests that they aren't worth much.

Why doesn't Q buy Syscomm for pocket change if it's really on the market and put an end to the gamesmanship?
