"No one from Enron has served a day in the hoosegow yet, despite participating in perhaps the biggest corporate obscenity in U.S. history."

Perhaps is the key word here.

"I'm not even sure anyone is pursing the Enron obscenity with the intent of putting people behind bars"

Maybe there is not enough evidence to convict anyone. Not really concerned about the comparison with Rose, nor am I looking for a sales job to make me dislike Enron. I already do. If you can't bring up any evidence maybe there is not enough to convict. I heard Daschle give a similiar speech (sans the Rose comparison). Like you, he was short on details and high on insinuation. Your (and Daschle's) lack of any credible information makes me think there may be nothing (or not enough) there.

I'll be with you if you come up with some charges he should be charged with that have some supporting evidence. I can't believe the dems would not be looking at the entire situation pretty closely. Let me know if you learn of anything.
