Chris - more and more people are reporting scams. More and more press coverage. Many examples of blatant stock con games, empty shells with stock. BBs are good, bad and everything in between. Some say up to 80% of penny stocks are scams of one sort or another. The SEC is starting new policies and procedures with regard to BB stocks. The proposed rules are pretty general but make some good points. They have a lot of enforcement latitude. They are beefing up there BB enforcement and some say they are way overdue. I am not worried, neither should other honest investors, they are trying to protect us. Shareholders do get hurt though when a stock is indefinitely halted, a la RMIL. Regards, Colleen
