I agree, venuv. I always thought Jubak's picks were pretty good over the long term and he deserved more credit than he often received but he tended to pull out before the fruit really ripened. I suppose writing a weekly column requires a much different approach based on different objectives than GTR.

GG goes straight to the core and identifies frequently subtle but always powerful currents. If one can get into the core of a major but often barely perceptible move, the profits can be staggering; especially over the long-term. (The short term shake-outs do provide nice opportunities to buy bargain shares, though.)
