Alex:

Thanks for the help!

One additional question I forgot to ask: Does anyone find it helpful to use the S&P 500 futures premium over cash in your daytrading? Particularly, buying stocks when the S&P premium is almost high enough to support buy programs. Also, do any quote services carry the premium and updated fair market value for the premium, or do you have to calculate it yourself?

My quote service (PC Quote satellite) provides the TICK, TRIN, and S&P 500 cash. But it is only updated/recalculated once every ~15 seconds. Does anyone have a quote service that continuously updates these values (i.e. ~once/second)?
