Fwiw, I don't think you were on the wrong side
of the call, the timing might be off, but the
call makes sense.

The economy stinks, foreclosures at record
levels, a fair level of inflation, regardless
of the government figures, all adds up to a
good call. I don't know what's driving the
markets right now, though I couldn't figure it
out in 2000, either.
