. I would like to see an end to withholding altogether it would be disruptive if everyone had to come up with a payment at the same time. it would be like a reverse-christmas phenomina and probably lead to a rash of bankrupcies in retail at that time of the year. Besides, what's so wrong with a tax free loan to the govt? It's a lot like tossing your change in the drawer until you have enough to do something.
