i guess we have to wait for dell to start hyping rmbs partnered camino units on sept.27. if they do, rmbs runs up, if not rmbs tanks, but no matter what, rmbs IS the memory or the future. the day of the prop driven plane is gone and the day of the jet is here. sure you can tweek a little more performance out of sram, but the future is rmbs. intel says so and via be damned. it is going to happen. my big arguement against ddram is Sony refusing to use it in play station 2. it wasn't stable they said. now we know it probably was cheaper, but that didn't matter to sony,it wasn't any good.that is the fact that caused Sony to go rambus. btw my chicken comment wasn't directed at anyone. only that if you can't commit one way or other, at the moment you are "chicken". it isn't a dare, just my opinion.as the dealer at the crap table says "bet right, bet wrong, or stand back and make room." rocky
