256 is fine. I just wonder what people are smoking when they buy one with 32, unless they're planning on stuffing it with 3rd party memory 'cause ours is so expensive.

MS can (relatively) quickly move into that processor.. they aren't "hindered" by being stuck with one platform.

You're right. NT is a big step in the right direction as far as this goes. All the assembly in 3.x and 95 would really hinder a migration to another architecture.
