Looks like things are pretty ugly.

Don't mean to be pessimistic and premature, but what happens if they go under? Are there provisions under which slots revert back for public auction (assuming the FCC has some duty to ensure the public accrues the benefits of the auctioned slots) or do they retain ownership as an asset?

In either case, why would a buyer/partner get involved in this mess now when they can wait and pick up the pieces?

BTW, I've been in and out of DISH since before the first launch. I'm long now for a small number of shares, but not optimistic.
