FWIW, Dr. Miller, head of R&D, upped his stake some 80% this spring at prices only a little cheaper than these. It was his first buy since joining 2 1/2 years ago, I believe. It's not a huge direct influence: he now holds 9,000 shares. Dr. Rurka also has been nibbling a few thousand, but that's against ownership of something north of 180,000 shares.
