I agree 100%. Last August I took some of my stock winnings and sunk it into 6 different rentals for a total of 18 units. best thing I ever did, tax benefits are great, going up in value, positive cash flow. My game plan in the future is to take my stock winnings and move them into real estate, that way I at least would have something left over if something really crazy happened in the market. chbartel
