You can pretty much separate liberal anbd centrist between who voted for the war powers act and who didn't. Dear stooopid, The War Powers Act was passed in 1973. Nixon was President. Just thought you'd want to know. LL The rightwing has been totally exaggerating the "leftist" qualities of democrats. It's their scare tactic and it's very dishonest. In their propaganda spin all democrats no matter how moderate become "leftists" and all Republicans are "conservatives".
