It reveals Harry Reid is involved in a real estate fraud being practiced, in a scam that looks a lot like this:

It may well be that the government wants the land, or needs to use it, to provide a low cost access route to some planned development effort that will enable some future military activity. But, that's not a valid explanation for what's happening to Bundy. The government can obtain access rights without forcing Bundy off the land. The government can pay Bundy a market price for what it needs... without using the fraud in the NEFARIOUS METHODS that clearly are being applied.
Nothing wrong with the government having the need... but, EVERYTHING wrong with the methods being applied in how they're going about it. But, the awareness of secret plans... is being used by INSIDERS who are (at best) essentially using information they got from the government in order to practice a real estate fraud... victimizing Bundy... to benefit themselves.
The practice of fraud... is going to force the secret plans and projects into the daylight...
The land deals being funded are WRONGLY taking from some (as Bundy)... transferring to others... but, not without generating benefits as the transactions are made to pass through the hands of a middle man/broker ? The government is buying land at inflated prices (from politically connected insider cronies)... then the government is giving it away... while the public records of the land's prior ownership... AND THE TRANSACTIONS... are being "disappeared" ?
That stinks to high heaven...
However, it could be far worse than that... it may not be JUST that Reid is using inside information to profit himself at Bundy's expense... it could be that the public are being defrauded on all sides and both ends of the deal...
The projects... being pushed by Reid... to ensure they benefit him... through the real estate deals he is involved in that "just happen" to have been located near particular freeway exits ? Other Congressman have been caught participating in EXACTLY those sorts of self dealings in real estate scams... and have been forced out as a result. Seems to me the laws changed after the last time the real estate scams by Congressmen were revealed... but, I can't remember now who it was that was forced out of office by this... It was a Republican... Congressman... from the midwest, maybe Ohio, or Illinois ? A higher up guy... before Gingrich ?
This is FAR WORSE... as it includes Reid not just practicing a fraud using inside information, or pushing government projects and government money into development that benefits himself, but imposing it through his direct involvement using government power... with THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF being made a participant in the practice of the fraud... to benefit Reid. I've pointed out already... that the court orders that the BLM was enforcing were FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED... the BLM clearly engaged in a practice of fraud on the court... and, it appears, likely doing so at Harry Reid's behest... to benefit Harry Reid... |
