RC, It really isn't all that surprising when you look at other great names in techland. Most hedge their bets on different tecnologies so they are not caught off guard as MSFT was with the internet several years ago. By speculative inference, this suggests that Teres is doing quite well and AMAT wants to be able to compete with it in the near future. I wholeheartedly agree. Brian
