Taxes are voluntary at first issue. For criminals they become mandatory. If you are required to pay them then the are not voluntary even for those who would pay them if they were voluntary. Agreeing to accept the justice of such a system is paramount to willingly supporting whatever obligations are imposed by such a system... I do not agree. Tim
