If Bush keeps polling below 51% as the elections draw close (he's either even, losing or slightly ahead of Kerry but still under 51%) then HE WILL LOSE.

Fence sitters vote to throw the bum out and challengers have historically received an average 4% bump on election day. The last polls historically show the MAX the incumbent can get while showing the MIN the challenger can get.

Interesting.

Plus, there are tons of new voters (mostly young people) and a high turnout favors the Dems.
