Mitch: I too enjoyed reading your sensitive post. I went out afterwards and gave some money to charity. Thanks for the inspiration. Since you insisted on being so pikky, I do have one slight correction to be made, I think. I was referring to the EARAl device, not the oral. I think the earal model is spelled "pic", not "pik" I think your company could clarify this better. Please go to the top, though. I will only accept the explanation from the CEO. Explain the situation to him, and I am sure he will be willing to give you the proper response. ;-) al
