Jest a question or two fer y'all!

Why would Carl Icahn be buyin' shares (last count he now owns in excess of 3 mil. personally) of a company that is in the process of concluding operations?

Perhaps this?:

1. some cash and physical assets (~.20)

2. shares in cntby (current value ~ .45)

3. future royalty rights to several drugs (current value ~ unknown)

Or perhaps (and even more important) to obtain a Nasdaq listing?

And how does KDUS (OTC BB) play into this picture (Icahn's other Phar. company)?

Rollin' both companies together and gainin' a Nasdaq listing in the process?

If so....How does that pan out for both IMUL and KDUS (price wise)?

To maintain the Nasdaq listing of IMUL, the share price needs to get over $5.00 (?) real soon, right?

Perhaps Icahn and his "buddies" have found the funding necessary for the IMUL projects and a home (Nasdaq listing) for their KDUS?

If Icahn were takin' control of IMUL by buyin' controlin' interest thru the open market, why would he dissolve IMUL and take his newly bought "royalty rights" and such over to KDUS and onto the OTC BB? Wouldn't it make more sense to "merge" the companies into IMUL and gain the Nasdaq listing in the process? Is this even possible?

Anyone have any thoughts? Jest tryin' ta figure what is goin' on here....Somethin' is definitely up! All thoughts are welcome!

Way it looks right now, we are either sittin' on a HUGE gold mine or a very large dark deep pit!
