Interesting Novak article....and re: registering more than one place.... JLA pointed out that it is not illegal to be registered in two locales as long as you don't vote twice
Any idea of how to double check and see if all the people who have more than one residence, and/or are registered in one or more places, only vote in one place???? With the ease of mail-in voting, I really do wonder how this can be cross checked.
The number of people who are registered in more than one place certainly could be in the hundreds of thousands, if not millions.
Its difficult enough with motor-voter, and seemingly having to have no proof of who one says they are (no birth certificate, passport or other ID required evidently)....and in many states, I hear that no proof is required when people come to vote that they are who they say they are.....
Years ago, when I got my drivers license, I had to have a birth certificate with me for proof to get the license. Today, I understand that that is not a requirement...so how exactly do the people who do the documentation on new voters, know they are who they say they are??? |
