You might misunderstand what I said. Yes, they can be competitive if they can offer unbelievable low flan rate plan. However, they can't, I guess.
Another my point is people would choose ISP not AOL when they pay the same price even higher a little bit. Most useful services on AOL are not free while there are some useful and interesting web on internet are free.
Especially, AOL is not a not good entry to internet. Using AOL to surf the webs is too slow.
