Anil: 'interut' stocks AMZN and Yahoo up big time in pre market. EFBI looks pretty good,Fifth Third Bank (FITB) has agreed to acquire them for 96 million shares.EFBI only has some 2 million shares and change outstanding I think it works out to about $43.00,cosed at 28 and change,the float is only about a million shares so it might be hard to get any before it is bid up to $43.00.

Heard DuPont (DD) is spinning of 20% of Conoco in an IPO.
