Thanks for the correction.

As I have stated...all of the information that I recv. is second-hand...but usually accurate.

Even I was pleasantly surprised to hear about the 1 bill government deal announcement after I had posted (over a week earlier) that there was a 1.3 bill fed.govt. deal in the works.

I only pass on what I have...I cannot always get the details correct.
